Authentic Leadership
- The Kingdom of God and Ministry

God's intention is that we function as a community of believers with a corporate purpose, structure, and government. The church is a community only as much and as long as it unifies God's people to move in one direction to fulfill his purposes. Government is God's gift to the church; it is given to secure unity in the  community of God's people and it is always the foundational issue of unity.

Webster defines a kingdom as: "An organised community, having a form of government headed by a king or queen." The correct concept of God's Kingdom is a community of believers with a government headed by Jesus so God's Kingdom is a theocracy (ruled by God) and not a democracy (ruled by popular vote).
